Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us with email at first. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will only be granted when returned items are in our possession.
Return and Exchange Conditions
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returns cannot exceed 30 days from the date of receipt of the original order.
- All items must be returned as is, with no scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- When returning or exchanging goods, the customer must use the shipping method with tracking function. Returns or exchanges that are not tracked will not be processed.
- When returned, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Please do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Non-refundable items
- The final sale item is not eligible for refund, exchange or resizing.
- “Design your own” items, stone color, metal and chain length, etc. selected according to your personal preference are not refundable.
- Special order items such as custom sizes and colors are non-refundable.
- Items without jewelry tags or that have been worn, damaged or altered will not be returned and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- Items that are worn or sent to you as a replacement/exchange are not refundable.
Return Instructions
To send your item(s) back to us for a return please follow the instructions listed below:
- Please email at [email protected] for return authorization and support. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
- Package all your items securely so it is a one unified package ready for delivery.
- Inside the package please include the following:
Full Name
Order Number
All original packaging
Small Note that says refund - When sending items back to us we always advise sending them using services that provide tracking information and insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your item gets lost in transit we cannot be accountable for that.
Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.
Refund
Returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account or as a store credit at your request. Within 15 business days of receiving your returned jewelry item.
Caution
Shipping before discount will apply and is non-refundable. While you may have experienced free or undervalued shipping, we do cover the original shipping cost on every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping charges.
Sunpris will reimburse return shipping following cases.
- The customer received the wrong item.
- The item is broken, defective or incorrectly engraved.
